Sound Healing
Sound as medicine. Vibration as awakening. A sacred return to coherence.
45–90 minutes
Group, private, off-site
Alchemy bowls, gongs, voice
The language your body already speaks.
In a world thick with noise, we long for a different frequency — one that settles the nervous system, quiets the mind, and calls the body home. Sound healing is not simply relaxation. It's a sacred return to coherence.
I hold immersive group journeys, one-on-one vibrational attunements, sacred off-site rituals, and tailored programs for teams and executives. Each experience braids ancient practice with what neuroscience now confirms: sound reorganizes the field.
What the mystics knew, neuroscience now measures.
Sound entrains brainwaves
Binaural beats and harmonic overtones guide the brain into alpha and theta states — the frequencies of deep rest and repair.
Vibration regulates the nervous system
Low-frequency sound engages the vagus nerve, activating the parasympathetic branch and building resilience over time.
Cellular coherence
Cymatic research shows sound organizes matter. Vibration invites the body's fluids and tissues toward healthier patterning.
Music as memory and medicine
Musical experience accesses the limbic system, opening pathways for emotional release and cognitive integration.
Every instrument chosen with intention.
Untrained, sound baths can be chaotic. With care and training, sound becomes sacred. I ask of each instrument: is this frequency a guide? Is it an ally for what wants to move?

Always a student. Always expanding.
My relationship with music began at the piano bench as a child and deepened through a formative summer at Berklee College of Music. That classical foundation has never left — but sound as medicine asked me to keep going.
I've studied with pioneers in the field: Jonathan & Andi Goldman (The Humming Effect), Eileen McKusick (Biofield Tuning), Jeralyn Glass (Sacred Vibrations), Daniel Levitin (This Is Your Brain on Music), gong master Don Conreaux, Lou Maurer on sound and trauma, and certified protocol work with Feel Tones Germany. Kirtan camps, gong immersions, and long retreats have filled the spaces in between.
At the heart of the work is an embodied curiosity — asking not just what sound to make, but what sound is helpful in this exact moment, for this exact person.

P.S. The frequency you're looking for already lives inside you. The bowls only help you hear it.
