About

I don't heal you. I create the conditions for return.

Christine Grace creates transformational experiences through sound, breath, Reiki, ritual, and embodied awareness — where the physiology of regulation meets the intelligence of the human spirit.

The essence

This is not passive wellness. It is not an escape from your life. It is an invitation to soften, listen, release, and return to the part of you that remains whole beneath the noise.

The core of the work

Different doorways into the same process of return.

Sound may be the most visible doorway, but it is not the whole of it. Each of these is woven together, chosen for the moment — not layered from a script.

Sound

Moves beneath the thinking mind and creates a felt experience of vibration, resonance, and stillness.

Breath

Shifts state, awakens the body, and creates movement where energy or emotion has become held.

Reiki

A quieter layer of energetic support — deep listening, and reconnection with the body's innate wisdom.

Embodied awareness

Noticing what is present, rather than bypassing, overriding, or escaping it.

Ritual

Gives meaning, intention, and sacred context to the experience.

Stillness

Creates space for integration, truth, and inner knowing to emerge.

Two worlds, one practice

Where science and the sacred stop being opposites.

Science
  • Breath patterns
  • Heart rhythm
  • Vibration
  • Parasympathetic response
  • Stress physiology
Sacred
  • Reiki
  • Energy
  • Intuition
  • Ritual
  • Resonance

Credible enough for someone who values evidence. Expansive enough for someone who knows not everything meaningful can be measured.

Role & lineage

A facilitator, not a fixer.

Reiki Master Teacher, sound practitioner, breath and meditation teacher, intuitive guide, ceremony leader. The certifications are tools and lineages — doorways she has spent years learning to embody. The deeper qualification is lived experience.

I don't lead a room. I listen to it.

Working together

If any of this is landing, I'd love to hear from you.

Send a short note about what you're moving through, and I'll suggest a doorway that fits. There's no pressure, and no wrong entry point.
