In-person, small cohort
Traditional Usui
A quiet, ancient technology.
Reiki is a Japanese practice for restoring balance to the body, mind, and spirit — administered through gentle, hands-on and hands-hovering contact. The word itself is two syllables: rei, universal wisdom, and ki, life force.
It is simple, natural, and safe. It is not a religion and asks nothing of your beliefs. It works whether or not you believe in it. It is amazingly simple for anyone to learn — and, quietly, life-changing to live with.
Not a certification. A relationship with your own aliveness.
Unlock your healing potential
Consistently access your body's natural capacity to restore itself.
Reiki is not an activity — it's a way of life
A daily practice that meets you in the ordinary until the ordinary transforms.
A union of two paradigms
Self-empowerment and connection to something larger than yourself — held together.
An intimate partnership with your own spirit
Reiki is a practice of listening — to the body, to the field, to what is quietly true.
Greater access to flow
Use this life force energy for yourself and share it — quietly, generously — with others.
Three initiations, taken in your own time.
Each level opens what the last one prepared you for. There is no rush. Most students sit with Level I for months, sometimes years, before the pull toward the next arrives.

Master Teacher
Shinpiden
The final initiation. The master symbol, the attunement process, and the responsibility of holding this lineage for others. Taught only when the timing is right.
You leave withYou leave as a Reiki Master Teacher — able to give attunements and pass the lineage forward.
“I came for a tool. I left with a way of being in the world.”
“The first week, I slept differently. By the third, I was arguing with my mother differently.”
“It's the least dramatic thing that has ever changed my life.”
“Christine teaches like someone who has actually lived inside the practice, not just studied it.”
“I stopped needing to earn my own rest.”
“My hands know things now that my head is still catching up to.”
“It gave me a way to be with my own body that I didn't know I was missing.”
“Small class, big shift. I still practice every morning, two years later.”
I found Reiki when I was frazzled and exhausted.
I was in the middle of a very long divorce. Yoga and meditation had carried me for years, and suddenly they weren't enough. Someone mentioned Reiki could help restore my energy, make me feel clearer, calmer. I was in.
I didn't know then that I was walking toward a lineage that would reshape how I lived — how I ate, how I slept, how I met other people, how I met myself. Reiki didn't fix me. It reminded me of a pattern I already was.
That's what I teach now. Not a technique to add to your résumé. A practice you carry, quietly, for the rest of your life.

Christine Grace
P.S. The energy has always been yours. This is just the practice of remembering how to let it move.
