Cohosted by sensory alchemist Christine Grace and body alchemist Melinda Pavlata, the retreat weaves therapeutic energy work, sound immersion with alchemy crystal singing bowls, ancient movement wisdom, and somatic practice into a fully held container for lasting inner shift.

Held on the sacred, historic lands of Concord — a place long known for reflection, awakening, and truth. We gather on land rich with quartz and natural energy, near Walden Pond.
Every detail is intentional: crystals at your bedside, nourishing plants, sacred objects. The land is cleared and blessed; the home is held in healing frequencies daily. Your cocoon for deep transformation.
